Fri Nov 15, 2024 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Looking for something fun and educational to do on the November 15th PD Day? Join us at Backus-Page House Museum as we welcome local author Laura Bontje for a special event! Raised in Calgary, Alberta, and now living in London, Ontario, Laura Bontje has always been passionate about reading and language. With a career that spans teaching, working in libraries, and the nonprofit sector, her true love has always been writing and editing. In March 2024, Laura’s debut picture book *Was It a Cat I Saw?* (Amicus Ink) was released, and her second book *When the Air Sang* (Annick Press) is currently available for preorder. This event is perfect for young readers and their families. Admission is just $2 per person. We hope to see you there!
