
A 73-year-old St. Thomas resident faces sexual assault charges after an incident Tuesday at the Elgin Centre.
Just after 2:30 p.m., St. Thomas Police responded to a complaint of an unwanted person causing a disturbance.
Officers were told the individual had made unwanted advances toward mall employees and would not leave.
The person was located and charged with three counts of sexual assault.
The accused was released on an undertaking with conditions and will appear in court at a future date.
