
For Stephen R. Campbell, Thursday’s provincial election call by Doug Ford was totally unnecessary.
Campbell is the None of the Above Party candidate in Elgin-Middlesex-London and myFM asked him about the structure of the party.
Campbell adds the legacy parties make promises during the campaign and then once elected, they fail to live up to their promises.
Many Ontario voters are not familiar with the None of the Above Party and Campbell tells us it comes down to representing local constituents and not presenting a party platform based on a variety of issues.
Campbell added because of the snap election call, the party had less than 15 candidates nominated in 124 ridings.
A serious concern for Campbell is the number of healthcare workers who lost their jobs because they opted not to get vaccinated during the COVID pandemic.
When it comes time to vote in this Thursday’s provincial election, cast your ballot for the individual who will best represent you at the riding level.
That’s the key takeaway from Campbell.
Last May, Campbell ran in the Lambton-Kent-Middlesex by-election following the resignation of PC MPP Monte McNaughton.
