St. Thomas Police have charged 55-year-old Duane Stacey of Aylmer with voyeurism following an investigation into an incident at a retail store in October 2024. Stacey is accused of secretly filming a female without her knowledge.
Voyeurism is defined as the act of surreptitiously observing—either directly or through mechanical or electronic means—or creating a visual recording of a person in situations where they have a reasonable expectation of privacy.
Anyone with information about Stacey’s activities or who believes they may have been a victim is encouraged to contact the St. Thomas Police Service at 519-631-1224 or report anonymously through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
