“Since moving, I’ve had a strong gut feeling I would win,” Terry Karas said. “The words ‘Pay Day’ at the top of the ticket jumped out at me, so I decided to pick one up. I played the ticket in my truck and was left in shock when I realized I’d won! All I could say was ‘Wow!’”
