A St. Thomas driver is facing impaired charges following an incident to start the New Year.
Strathroy-Caradoc Police tell myFM, on January 1st just before 6 a.m., they received a call regarding a possible impaired driver in the drive thru at Strathroy’s McDonalds.
As a result the 41-year-old man from St. Thomas was placed under arrest for operation while impaired and failure or refusal to comply with a demand.
The accused driver’s license was also suspended and the vehicle involved impounded.
