Today: Acoustic Vibes goes Friday at the St. Thomas Public Library from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Grab your instruments and join the laid-back jam session! All skill levels are welcome and encouraged. Just a heads up – this isn’t a music lesson, it’s a chance to play and enjoy an evening of musical fun and good vibes.

Today: A Singer Songwriter Benefit Concert in support of Hospice of Elgin is taking place Friday at the Masonic Centre of Elgin. Joe Crookston and The Pairs will be performing, with doors opening at 6:30 p.m. and the show kicking off at 7:30. Admission is by donation, with all proceeds benefiting the ongoing construction of St. Thomas-Elgin’s first Hospice.
Today: “Stuff the Cruiser” hosted by the St. Thomas Police Association will be taking place both Friday and Saturday at the Real Canadian Superstore and Walmart in the city. Donations will support Christmas Care, with full details available here.
Today: The annual Dickens Days in Port Stanley will officially kick off Friday with the Lighting of the Lights at the Visitor’s Centre at 7. Tomorrow: The Old Imperial Farmers’ Market is open every Saturday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Aylmer! It’s a family-friendly, year-round, indoor Farmers’ Market that celebrates, supports, and showcases the best of what our community has to offer.
Tomorrow: Winter at Horton is back this Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. All the vendors will be set up inside, giving you the chance to get some of your market favourites even during the winter months. This continues each Saturday through April 26th.
Tomorrow: Canadale Nurseries in St. Thomas is hosting their annual Christmas Open Houses! It’s running for the 4 weekends in November, with activities planned between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. each day. Full details here.

Tomorrow: The 80th Aylmer Kinsmen Santa Claus Parade is set for this Saturday at 2 p.m. and a special surprise has been planned for attendees to celebrate the milestone. Full details here.
Tomorrow: The Port Stanley 200 Winter Market is taking place outside the Legion on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. There will be warming stations, live music and 30+ vendors to shop! Learn more here.
Tomorrow: The Port Stanley Terminal Rail is kicking off the holiday season with the beginning of their “Santa Treats Train Rides” this weekend. Tomorrow: The Sounds of Christmas is taking place Saturday at Christ Anglican Church in Port Stanley. The featured artist is mezzo soprano Barbara Sadegur, formerly of Opera Hamilton, along with the Voices of Christ Church. Doors open 6:30pm. Concert begins at 7pm. More details here.
Tomorrow: Railway City Brewing Co. is hosting Jukebox Bingo- a lively and engaging twist on traditional bingo, combining elements of music trivia with the classic bingo format. LOCAL SPORTS:
GOJHL: The St. Thomas Stars return to the ice tonight (Friday) when they host the Komoka Kings at the Joe Thornton Community Centre. Puck drop is set for 7:30 p.m. myFM does have a few free tickets remaining for the game, which can be picked up while supplies last. Our office is open from 9-5 at 300 Talbot Street.
