An Aylmer man has been charged and a dog killed in a two-vehicle T-bone collision Saturday morning in Malahide.
Just after 8, emergency crews responded to the collision on Talbot Line near Walker Road.
One driver had to be extricated from their vehicle and taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The other motorist was uninjured, however a dog in the vehicle died at the scene.
He failed a roadside screening test and refused to provide a breath sample while in custody of Elgin OPP.
Twenty-seven year-old Aidan McComb is charged with impaired operation and failure or refusal with demand.
His license was suspended for 90 days and vehicle impounded for seven days.
He is scheduled to appear in Ontario Court of Justice in St. Thomas on August 6.
