If you’ve ever thought about how your tennis serve stacks up against the pros, a free community event this Sunday may just give you the answer.
The Pinafore Tennis Club, in partnership with the Ontario Tennis Association will be hosting a “Fun Day”, in an effort to promote and increase participation in the sport.
It’s part of the club’s Grand Opening Day running from 10 a.m. to noon at Pinafore Park.
You can take part in a skills clinic and see if your serve can measure up to the likes of tennis sensations Felix Auger Aliassime or Leylah Fernaddez in the Smash Cage.
The free event is open to anyone wishing to learn more about the sport and the only item you’ll need to participate is proper court shoes.
This is also a great opportunity to connect with the PTC executive committee and get any questions about club membership, leagues, clinics, tournaments and more answered.
