The St. Thomas Police were among area services taking part in the Festive RIDE Campaign during the months of November and December.
During that time, members conducted 23 RIDE checks throughout the city with 1, 572 vehicles stopped in the process.
They are pleased to share that no major infractions were found, with just 3 Highway Traffic Act tickets and 2 warnings given, 3 Provincial Offence Notices served, 5 standard field sobriety tests taken and 3 Approved Screening Device requests, with all individuals registering a pass.
