The Ontario English Catholic Teachers’ Association is the latest group of teachers to agree to strike action if it becomes necessary.
OECTA held a vote across the province on October 18th and 19th, and an overwhelming 97% of members supported the decision.
If they go on strike, it will impact all students in the London District Catholic School Board.
English elementary teachers announced the same move earlier this week.
95% of their members voted in favor of taking such action if talks with the province stall.
