Ice Box to take over concessions at Joe Thornton Community Centre & Memorial Arena

Some welcomed news for winter sport families as the concession contract for our local arenas has been picked up.

The Ice Box announced Tuesday that after winning the bid through the city, they will soon transition from their homes in St. Thomas parks to concessions at the Joe Thornton Community Centre and Memorial Arena.

Exact closing dates for the outdoor concessions and opening dates for the indoor locations are expected to be announced in the next week.

The Ice Box has been providing a number of sweet and savory treats for residents to enjoy this summer at Pinafore Park, 1 Password Park and the Doug Tarry Sports Complex.
