A new app is making it easier for voters across the province.
The Elections Ontario app, which officially launched April 1st, will provide users with candidate information, local poll locations, details about advanced polls and the other ways to vote in this election.
The app also provides those interested in election jobs available throughout your riding. Users will also be able to utilize a scannable version of their voter information card through the application.
And while the app boasts a number of useful features, Ontarians will not be able to vote via the app.
Most of the features are set to become available today with the writ officially dropping at 12:01 this morning.
The provincial election day has been set for June 2nd and residents are being encouraged to vote early if possible.
A link to download the application can be found here.
