St. Thomas and Elgin County will join communities all across the country on Thursday, as we remember those who paid the ultimate sacrifice and gave their life for our country in Remembrance Day Ceremonies.
Many local municipalities will be holding ceremonies this week, including Dutton-Dunwich, Springfield, Port Stanley, Belmont, Aylmer, West Lorne and St. Thomas.
Tony Bendel, 1st Vice President of Lord Elgin Branch #41 outlines what they have planned for the ceremony beginning at 10:45 a.m. at the St. Thomas Veterans Memorial Garden.
Attendees will then be invited back to Lord Elgin Branch #41 to enjoy a small lunch notes Bendel.

Springfield Cenotaph– Thursday, November 11 at 9:15 a.m.
Port Stanley Cenotaph– Thursday, November 11 at 10:45 a.m.
Belmont Cenotaph– Thursday, November 11 at 10:45 a.m.
Aylmer Cenotaph-Thursday, November 11 at 10:45 a.m.
West Lorne Cenotaph– Thursday, November 11 at 10:45 a.m.
