The St. Thomas Public Library has announced that they will be reopening to the public for limited services beginning Monday.
The library, who has been offering curbside pickup options since early June will now open their door from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Friday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays.
The limited services being offered includes the pickup of holds, browsing for and borrowing items, and use of public computers and microfilm readers by appointment.
They note that as COVID-19 restrictions continue to slowly ease up, quick visits are encouraged due to limits on the number of people allowed inside the library building at one time.
Masks will be required for entry and seating areas and as well as public washrooms will not be available as they take every precaution to ensure staff and community safety.
The library will also continue to quarantine materials for a minimum of 86 hours upon return before they are recirculated.
