There is no one person more deserving than the other, all submissions are important
and will be highlighted at random throughout the year.
The athlete of the month will be revealed at the beginning of each month where their
picture and short bio will be displayed on St Thomastoday.ca
MARCH
Brody is a 12 year old athlete who has been chosen as this month’s Athlete of the Month, sponsored by St Thomas Roadhouse Bar and Grill.
This talented athlete has been racing for the past two years with London based youth cycling team Attack Racing, with the Ontario Cycling Association. Participating in track (indoor velodrome), road, mountain and cyclocross.
Brody has fully embraced all things cycling and has his first win at a home race in London last summer.
Brody also enjoys running and has recently taken up skiing!

FEBRUARY
Jaylee Nowlan is a 14 year old athlete who has been chosen as this month’s Athlete of the Month, sponsored by Capital Management Group.
This dedicated and talented athlete has just come home from the WMO (Worlds Martial Arts Organization) Karate Championship in England having represented team Canada. Jaylee placed in every event she competed in which included 4 world titles as well as 2 silvers and 2 bronze. She has her own karate club “Fierce Martial Arts” where she is the Sensei and teaches/coaches kids the art of karate twice a week. Jaylee is also an accomplished horseback rider and competes professionally in that field as well.

JANUARY
Jordan Banks is an 18 year old athlete who has been chosen as this month’s Athlete of the Month, sponsored by Capital Management Group.
Jordan won the Youth Bowl Canada Senior Boys 5 Pin singles title on Sunday December 1st and will be traveling to Calgary in May for the Nationals.
He bowled his highest game of 425, (ten strikes in a row followed by a spare and a strike) on his way to the title with a 5 game total of 1362.
