St. Thomas Police have confirmed that a fire at the former Weatherhead Company of Canada plant at 100 Woodworth Avenue on Monday, is now being treated as arson.
The Criminal Investigations Branch is leading the case and appealing to the public for help.
Investigators are specifically asking anyone who was walking along the train tracks between Woodworth Avenue and Balaclava Street between 3:45 p.m. and 4:15 p.m. on Monday, April 14th to come forward.
Police are hoping witnesses or anyone with video or photos from the area during that time may help advance the investigation.
