With Spring arriving next week on March 20th, a new seasonal forecast from the Weather Network suggests winter may still deliver some parting punches.
The Network’s Chris Scott says there will be some warm days ahead, but likely no consistent stretches that will have flowers budding early.
Scott says it’s also shaping up to be a wet spring, with some “pretty intense” storm systems possible.
More reliable spring weather is expected to arrive in late April/early May, with temperatures higher than seasonal across the province.
