
The Provincial Election is now just a week away, which means advance polling stations are now open across Ontario.
Residents who wish to cast their vote early will have the opportunity to do so from February 20th to 22nd at many advance polling stations throughout the Elgin-Middlesex-London electoral district.
That was Carrie Woolley, Returning Officer for Elgin-Middlesex-London, who added that you can find the locations of all advance polling station by visiting the Elections Ontario website.
Locations in St. Thomas include The Elgin Centre, St. Thomas-Elgin Memorial Arena and the local election office at 300 Talbot Street (Grand Central Place).
Those planning to stop by over the next 3 days are reminded to bring the proper documents.
If you haven’t received a voter information card, it could mean that information such as your address is not up to date or that you are not registered to vote.
If you do not receive a voters card or the information on your card is incorrect, you can visit the Elections Ontario website or stop at your local election office to register or update information.
Election day will be taking place on Thursday, February 27th.
