A 29-year-old Iona Station resident died Friday evening in a two-vehicle collision in Southwest Middlesex.
Just before 6 p.m., a passenger vehicle collided with a transport truck on Melbourne Road near Jublilee Road.
The driver of the passenger vehicle was taken to a trauma centre where they were pronounced dead.
The truck driver, a 29-year-old London resident suffered minor injuries.
The identity of the deceased individual will not be released out of respect for the family’s privacy.
Middlesex OPP with the assistance West Region Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement (TIME) Team continue to investigate the collision.
