Elgin OPP announced this afternoon they are investigating after a body was discovered at Waneeta Beach, Port Bruce.
The body was located by a member of the public on Saturday.
The person has not yet been identified and Elgin OPP are being assisted by the OPP Crime Unit, Office of the Chief Coroner and the Ontario Forensic Pathology Service.
There is no threat to public safety and updates will be provided when they become available.
