As we look back on the week that was, here were our top five most read stories from November 16th to 22nd:
1. The reality of climate change is about to impact when you can park on city streets. Normally, winter overnight parking restrictions would come into effect Nov. 15 and continue until March 15. But in recent years, the first significant snowfall of the the season has not been recorded until some time in December.
