Significant damage to heavy equipment has been reported to St. Thomas Police.
On Wednesday (Oct 16), officers were called to a commercial property currently being developed on the north end of the city to investigate the report of an excavator with extensive damage.
The windows had been smashed out and the hydraulic lines cut.
