Today: A Crafters Circle will be taking place from 9 a.m. to noon Wednesday at the St. Thomas Public Library. It’s the perfect opportunity to meet new people, work on your crafts and share each other’s company! They host the Crafter Circle every Wednesday.
Today: The Teen Advisory Board at the St. Thomas Public Library is a group of teens in grades 9 – 12 who meet once a month from 4 until 5 p.m. to plan and promote exciting programs, talk about ways to make the library a more inclusive space for all teens. Join them on Wednesday!
Today: Trivia Night is also being hosted Wednesday from 7 to 8 p.m. at St. Thomas Public Library. Join staff for a night of laughter, friendly competition and brain-teasing fun.
Today: Pharmasave in the Elgin Centre will be hosting a Meet and Greet on Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. This is an excellent chance to ask questions, enjoy some friendly chit-chat, and to re-introduce yourself to the staff members–both new and old. In addition, expect to enjoy coffees and treats, gift bags for the first 100 customers, and 25% off over-the-counter items. More details here.

Tomorrow: Tech Talk returns to the St. Thomas Public Library tomorrow and is offered every Thursday from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. Join the library team in the Board Room where you can get your questions answered and learn something new. All levels of tech experience welcome!
Tomorrow: Chat, Then Chill is taking place at the St. Thomas Public Library from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Thursday. In the first half hour, chat and share what books we’re reading. Then, enjoy 45 minutes of quiet reading together. Bring your own book and relax. Afterward, you can stay and visit or head out. Perfect for book lovers who enjoy some quiet reading time!
Tomorrow: The St. Thomas Talbot Trail Toastmasters will host a public panel Thursday beginning at 6:30 p.m. at the St. Thomas Public Library, focused on ethical leadership in organizations and communities. Panelists include Elgin-Middlesex-London MP Karen Vecchio, St. Thomas Mayor Joe Preston, former London Councillor Harold Usher, Western University ethics professor Anthony Skelton, and certified life coach Julie Hayes.
