Community partnership was the key to a successful Thanksgiving luncheon hosted by local electric utility Entegrus on Thursday.
Staff at Entegrus, with the assistance of myFM team members, provided and helped serve up a delicious lunch prepared by Destination Church to individuals benefiting from their food programs.
Dave Thomson, Senior Account Executive at 94.1 myFM, was overjoyed to take part once again this year.
Jim Hogan, President, and CEO of Entegrus, expressed his pride in the event, saying “We are committed to giving back to the communities we serve. It’s a privilege for our team to join with Destination Church and myFM to provide a Thanksgiving meal for those in need. This event continues to showcase what can be achieved when we come together.”
Jim Clark of Destination Church reflected on the partnership: “We are truly thankful for Entegrus and their continuous support for our community. The collaboration with myFM and the efforts of all volunteers made this luncheon another success for everyone involved.”
The afternoon reminded everyone of the power of community and the importance of supporting one another. Hogan added, “We hope this Thanksgiving tradition continues to grow in the coming years, as we aim to support and uplift our local communities.”
