If you wake up on Friday morning to roaring outside – it’s not thunder.
That would be the thousands of motorcycles that are expected to make their way to Port Dover for Friday the 13th festivities.
It’s looking like it’s going to be a sunny one and OPP Constable Andrew Gamble says they are getting ready for what will likely be a very big day.
While most Friday the 13th events go by with minimal concern, there is a worrying trend going into this year’s event.
Gamble just asks that you keep your safety and the safety of others top of mind when heading down.
And if this will be your first visit down, he has some advice.
Police will be out and about that day to provide assistance where needed.
