A St. Thomas Police Service traffic project to address speed on Balaclava Street between Edward Street and South Edgeware Road resulted in three warnings and nine charges.
And a second project to deal with equipment violations with a focus on loud exhaust/no mufflers, tinted windshields and no mudguards/improper tires led to a pair of warnings and seven charges.
A new project will address speed on Fairview Avenue between Chestnut and Elm streets due to public complaints and another will deal with the use of cell phones while driving.
