Whether you’re looking to take in the classic cars, jump on the L&PS train for a free ride, listening to the live music, eat some mouth watering food or stroll through creator alley- the Nostalgia Nights Car Show this Saturday should not be missed!
It will be the 10th Annual edition of this beloved local event hosted by the St. Thomas Downtown Development Board and Beautification Chair, Vanessa Buckland explains that it will be returning to where it all started.
Buckland, who is also the owner of Lockwood Books on Talbot Street, breaks down the day for those who haven’t had the chance to take it in for themselves.
As in years past, the L&PS train will be rolling from 3 to 8 p.m., offering free rides on a first come first serve basis. Buckland notes that tickets can be picked up beginning at noon from the Railway City Tourism office at 605 Talbot Street.
Adding that they will have plenty more to keep the younger ones entertained during the show.
Also making a return this year is the Smash and Bash thanks to McGregor Auto Parts. Buckland explains how you can support the YWCA’s Project Tiny Hope from 4 to 8 p.m.
Something exciting this year notes Buckland is that the Canadian Bombshell Beauties will be making their way back to St. Thomas to host a special contest at the car show!
The 10th Annual Nostalgia Nights Car Show runs from 4 to 9 p.m. Saturday, with Talbot Street from Elgin to John Streets being closed as of 3 p.m. to allow for the classic cars to get in place
