With the long weekend approaching, here’s what’s open and what’s closed in St. Thomas and Elgin County.
All municipal buildings, offices, as well as banks will be closed on Monday.
Grocery stores, including Walmart, the Real Canadian Superstore, Foodland, FreshCo, Food Basics, Metro and M&M Food Market will be closed on Monday.
Briwood Farm Market will be open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday and Shoppers Drug Mart at 410 Talbot Street will be open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Howe’s Farm Market & Country Bakery will also be open on Monday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Highbury location only.
For those hoping to start some gardening, Canadale Nurseries will be open on Monday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The Beer Store and LCBO will be closed on Victoria Day.
