An Aylmer resident has been charged following a two-vehicle collision this morning (Thursday) involving a cement truck.
Just before 10 a.m., members of the Elgin OPP, EMS and Bayham Fire & Emergency Services responded to the intersection of Talbot Line near Eden Line in Bayham where the truck on Talbot Line and a pick-up truck with a trailer on Eden Line collided.
The cement truck driver suffered non-life-threatening injuries while four occupants of the pick-up truck were uninjured.
The 65-year-old pick-up truck driver has been charged with careless driving.
Talbot Line between Culloden Road and Somers Road, as well as Eden Line between Culloden Road and Somers Road were both closed temporarily to allow for investigation and vehicle removal.
