The Village of Port Stanley will mark their 200th anniversary this year and a number of events have been planned for 2024 to celebrate.
It all kicks off this weekend with the Opening Ceremonies taking place Saturday at the Fire Hall Market from 1 to 3 p.m. This will be your opportunity to hear about the exciting year to come, a chance to meet community partners and the Port 200 committee members who have been planning all the fun!
The celebration is set to continue January 28th with a free skate at Port Stanley Arena. Drop by between 1 and 2:20 p.m. for the skate open to all skill levels, plus- get a free hot chocolate!
With so much planned and a handful of events still in the works, volunteers are vital for the Port Stanley 200 Year Celebrations. Those who are able to spare some time throughout the year are encouraged to fill out the Volunteer Application form available here.
