The third annual St. Thomas Mixed Doubles Classic is this weekend at the St. Thomas Curling Club.
A total of 24 teams will be competing, including five of the Top-50 ranked mixed doubles teams in the world.
Including two-time Olympian Lisa Weagle teaming up with 2018 Brier bronze medalist John Epping.
Weagle was a member of Team Rachel Homan in 2018 and again in 2022.
The home team features Lori Eddy and Scott McDonald.
Eddy was a 1997 Scott Tournament of Hearts runner-up while McDonald competed at the 2019 and 2021 Brier.
The draw times are:
Friday & Saturday (round robin) @ 9 a.m., noon, 3 p.m., 6 p.m. and 9 p.m.
Sunday (playoffs) @ 9 a.m., noon and 3 p.m.
Admission is free all weekend.
The 2024 Ontario Mixed Doubles Provincial Championship is being hosted at the St. Thomas Curling Club from February 22-25, 2024.
