As part of a construction project on Parkside Drive, the contractor is planning to close Elm Street at Parkside Drive to both eastbound and westbound traffic from 7 a.m. Monday, August 21st to 5 p.m. Tuesday, dependent on weather.
A detour route has been set up using Fifth Avenue, Wellington Street and Wilson Avenue.
Elsewhere in the city, Fairview Avenue from Elm Street to Chestnut Street will be closed from August 21st to 30th.
