I’m Christy, the owner of Harbour Cheesecake. Previously, I worked in the Insolvency field, where I spent 22 years assisting clients in regaining their financial stability. After the world changed with COVID, I decided to take the plunge and fulfill the entrepreneurial dream.
Two years’ worth of planning, and voila, Harbour Cheesecake opened for business in May of 2022. Along with the traditional advertising, we also added the Harbour Cheesecake event trailer, which popped up at local markets and events in neighbouring communities.
The store in Port Stanley welcomes customers from all over the world! We have provided scrumptious treats to people from Venezuela, Australia, and Nunavut, to name a few!
I love chatting with my customers and helping make their day a little more unique, one bite at a time!
I love to travel and play cards and games with family and friends. I spend winter curling at St. Thomas Curling Club and constantly talk for my furbabies at home!
Becoming a small business owner in Elgin County is one of my best decisions!
