If you shop at the Real Canadian Superstore, you have no doubt had the pleasure of meeting Steven Craig. He’s the employee with the big smile and always eager to help in any way he can.

Ask him why he has assisted shoppers for over 30 years and he’ll tell you he’s happy with what he does.

His sister Sandra Craig explains his more than three decades at the Superstore has had such a positive impact on her brother.

Like any rock star, Sandra says Steven really enjoys accolades from customers.

For Steven, it is attention to every little detail with the customers, many who have now become friends.

Sandra jokes she can’t even give her brother a hard time while on the job and customers come to his aid.
