She’s approaching four decades at the same law firm and Janice Lockhart still brings a smile and cheery greeting to the clients and staff at Hennessey & Hogan LLP.
She talks about changes at the office over that period of time, some of them easier to deal with than others of a technological nature.
Over the 37 years at the firm, Lockhart has had to train numerous new employees on procedures she has mastered in that period of time.
She has been described as the face of the office. And Lockhart takes an interest in the law firm as if she were an owner.
She remembers everyone’s birthday and significant milestone events and is known for suggesting milkshakes on a hot Friday summer afternoon.
As to thoughts of hitting that 40-year milestone, she says let me think about it.
