A 53-year-old St. Thomas man faces criminal harassment charges following an Elgin OPP investigation earlier this month.
Staff at the Ontario Police College north of Aylmer contacted Elgin OPP on Nov. 10 to investigate a complaint from two students regarding an employee of a private security company at the college.
Peter Neufeld is charged with two counts of criminal harassment and two counts of extortion.
He is scheduled to appear in St. Thomas court on Dec. 13.
No other details were released by Elgin OPP.
