Drive down the country lane off Fruit Ridge Line and step away from it all at this true hidden gem just minutes from St. Thomas.
Wildflowers Farm can best be described as the mood you feel sweeping over you as you cultivate a connection to nature through gatherings, bees and botanicals.
Jane Magri and her family began the makeover of what was to become Wildflowers Farm about 15 years ago.
And, in the intervening years, Wildflowers Farm has become many things to many people.
Starting with husband Chuck Magri and his bees. He now has 100 colonies in nine different yards.
His objective is to “sustainably keep bees with all natural practices while working (and learning) the natural cycle of the bees throughout the year. We only harvest excess honey in mid-August and always leave ample amounts of honey for the bees to sustain themselves over the winter.”
To further celebrate nature, Wildflowers Farm became a venue for a variety of outdoor festivals and events.
Two years ago, as the pandemic impacted all corners of life, the farm began to safely host a weekly market.
And even that just scratches the surface. The farm has become a wildly popular wedding venue, there’s the farm store, there are yoga classes by the season and Jane’s wellness consultations.
