Ontario started its rollout of Omicron-targeted COVID-19 vaccines this week.
Shots will go first to those considered most vulnerable, including people aged 70 and older, long-term care residents, healthcare workers, pregnant people aged 18 and older and Indigenous people.
Southwestern Public Health is offering Moderna’s new Omicron-targeting bivalent vaccine by appointment only. Walk-ins are no longer accepted. Book online at covid-19.ontario.ca.
