Christina started Paleta Passion in the spring of 2021 not knowing what the year would
Bring, but dedicated to the idea of bringing a part of her childhood to life for others to enjoy. Christina lived in Mexico for part of her childhood where paletas piqued her interest. These Mexican popsicles, Paletas, bring as much nostalgia to her as dunk-a-roos or Pop-tarts! Living here
in Ontario and missing them lead her to try making them, and Paleta Passion was born!
One of Christina’s favourite parts about paletas is that there is such a variety. Every shop would have so many flavours and colours! Creating those flavours is one of her
favourite things!
