A letter of intent to purchase from a U.S. diversified beverage and media group in the U.S. is a positive move for a St. Thomas craft brewer.
Railway City Brewing Company president John Peart was responding to news earlier this week Entertainment Arts Research Inc. intends to acquire the award-winning brewer.
Peart advised he cannot offer much in the way of comment other than it is positive news.
Railway City Brewing was established in 2008 with the aim of honouring the history and heritage of St. Thomas.
Last month, EARI also purchased Bell City Brewing of Brantford.
