The St. Thomas Summer Carnival is up and running again starting tomorrow (Wednesday) and running through Sunday. Mike McLaughlin co-chair of the St. Anne’s Community Festival explains they teamed up with The World’s Finest Shows for a summer celebration featuring rides, games and food.
All the fun takes place in the vacant lot at Talbot and Ross streets. On Friday, from 1 until 3 p.m., the health unit will host a walk-in COVID vaccine clinic. Bring your health card or photo ID.
It’s your chance to celebrate while helping the charities supported by the St. Anne’s Festival. Mike McLaughlin co-chair of the festival says the carnival will take place right downtown.
McLaughlin adds, pay-one-price ride bracelets are available for just $20. They are valid from 1 to 6 p.m., Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
