A joint investment between the Provincial and Federal government will see more than $51.2 million dollars invested to protect the health and well-being of residents.
The money will be going to 129 municipalities in Southwestern, Midwestern and Central Ontario.
Funding will be going towards the development of modern and accessible recreation spaces, replacing health equipment, transportation, community spaces and municipal infrastructure.
The City of St. Thomas will be receiving $492,296 from the Federal Government and another $123,074 provided by the Province.
