With many of us dreaming of the days we can enjoy international travel again, 3 local organizations are shining a light on the Global Flavours we have right in our own backyard.
The St. Thomas-Elgin Local Immigration Partnership, in collaboration with Railway City Tourism and the Elgin/St. Thomas Small Business Enterprise Centre, are hosting Global Flavours: International Taste Experience of St. Thomas & Elgin during the month of February.
As a way to support our local small businesses and showcase the many amazing restaurants and cultures in our community, patrons are encouraged to embark on this culinary adventure by trying new flavours and cuisines offered at participating restaurants throughout St. Thomas and Elgin, and mark them off on their “Passports” along the way.
At the end of the month, participants with at least four stamps on their passport will be eligible for a prize draw.
