Two local kids will be holding a lemonade stand in an effort to raise money to help their uncle with his fight with ALS. Jax and Olivia, children of Meg and Matt McTaggart who own Steelhead Food Co. will be supplying St. Thomas with ice cold glasses of lemonade all for a donation of your choice.
The fundraiser will be taking place this Saturday (July 27) from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Steelhead Food Co’s facility at 5 Barrie Boulevard. Steelhead Food Co. will be joining in on the fundraiser by supplying supporters with fresh house made salmon sliders.
Jax and Olivia says they are holding a lemonade stand because they really love their uncle Steve.
Shirts and hoodies from Believe Army’s new line will also be available for purchase on Saturday. Believe Army is a local non-profit organization dedicated to fighting the war against ALS. All money raised will be going back into Believe Army, and will help Jax and Olivia Uncle Steve fight ALS.
