The Small Business Enterprise Centre has been forced to change the main speakers for their 10th annual Bridges to Better Business event on Thursday October 3rd. Jan Arden’s TV Production schedule has forced her to cancel her speaking engagements in the fall, meaning she would no longer be coming to the event.
SBEC has announced that award winning documentary filmmaker and brother of Gord Downie, Mike Downie and Choir! Choir! Choir! will be at the event.
SBEC Manager Tara McCaulley says that they were disappointed, but the night is still shaping up to be a great performance.
McCalley says that besides the change in speakers, everything else about the evening at the Elgin County Railway Museum will remain the same. Tickets for the night are still available on the SBEC’s website.
