AUTO REPAIR SHOP HAS $18K WORTH OF TOOLS STOLEN

St. Thomas Police are seeking the public's help after close to $18,000 worth of tools was stolen from an auto repair shop earlier this week. Police say that a shop on Edward Street was broken into sometime after 6 p.m. on Monday (August 6) and 1 p.m. on Tuesday (August 7).
      
According to police, a locked door was pried open by the suspects to get into the shop. Multiple Ingersoll torque wrenches were stolen that are estimated to be worth a combined $18,000.
       
Police would like to speak to anyone who may have any information relating to the theft of the whereabouts of the stolen wrenches. You're asked to contact the St. Thomas Police or Crime Stoppers.
