ARSON ATTEMPTED AT ELGIN COURT PUBLIC SCHOOL
St. Thomas Police are looking for the public's help after an attempted arson at Elgin Court Public School on Sunday (July 9). Police were called after fire damage was discovered at an entrance to the school. The fire was caused after mulch from the garden was piled up near the entrance and set on fire.

Police say that the fire had likely happened a few days before and had burned itself out.
Minor smoke damage was caused to the outside brick and the overhang area of the entrance.
