A 33-year-old man is in custody after allegedly pulling out a knife twice on a victim.

The two men became involved in an argument, which led to the 33-year-old man allegedly pulling out the knife. The victim then fled.

A short time later, the victim returned to speak to the accused and the argument once again became physical. St. Thomas Police say that the man pulled out the knife for a second time and made threatening gestures towards the victim.

An officer noticed this incident while passing by in their cruiser. The officer ordered the man to drop the knife and he was taken into custody.
The suspect is now facing numerous charges including assault with a weapon, weapons dangerous, breach of probation and fail to comply. The man was remanded into custody.
