Jack Frost may have missed his mark with St. Thomas, but sooner or later we will be hit with that white powder.
Snow has hit several parts of Southwestern Ontario, but St. Thomas and Elgin County has managed to avoid the winter driving for at least another day.
Constable Ed Sanchuk says this is a reminder for drivers to throw on those winter tires and start thinking ahead.
Every season Sanchuk hears about a crash due to the weather, but he says any "winter crash" is avoidable.

Sanchuk adds it's crucial to leave extra space between you and the vehicle in front of you to allow yourself proper time to stop in the case of an emergency.
